Sri Sri Ram Thakur here says that Banamali ie God Krishna is always sitting in the bank of Jamuna River in the gentle breeze. This means that the air will be steady/stable gradually if “Sri Name” pronounces/utters again and again gently. Thereafter, it enlightens and later, can be won of indriya (body sense) whatever it is attracted mind by body sense, we should try always staying ourselves from the sense and again and again, we must try to keep mind in gentle breeze. Mind whatever may be restless but we must try to keep mind slowly to God/real destination. We must try to keep slowly in our control whatever mind may be attracted to various comfortable body senses. One may not be able to achieve by not practising in the isolated place. Besides this, if we are busy more with the bad discussion, there appears many obstacles. So, we are attracted with sleep, we must have to try again and again to stay slowly by reciting “Holy Sri name’. If kutasta chaitanya/concrete knowledge appears, the power of “Nityanand”/delight for ever fixes to the body. It is called “Adwaita” (only one) mood/feeling of this arrangement. Here, if it creates establishment of charming, it is called “Gadadhar”. Increasing feeling of this stability always in that stage is called “Shreebas” ie power of God. If motion of mind or hopes and desires do not appear, it is called Yogastha/stability of Yoga. To practise/cultivation to this is called thirstiness and excessive interest to reach this goal acquire to have God is called “Vaisnab”. It is called “Bhakta” if it is practised always for cultivation of the heart.
